UNPACKED

UNPACKED Words

A space for honest words that shows the practice of unpacking.

Here I share the honest words about travel, identity, relationships, freedom, and the journey back to yourself. Words that most people don’t want to share. Because they are afraid to face or admit it. Or because it’s easier to lie to ourselves than to face the reality. I am in my own process of unpacking for several years, and this process will never end. So I take you with me on a journey through my thoughts. What I still carry and try to let go of myself. How it occurs, what I am doing, what I am learning.

Mostly this is connected to topics of change, belonging, idendity. The courage it takes to choose your own path. About letting go of perfectionism, expectations and control. About finding freedom not by escaping life, but by reconnecting with yourself.

I don’t share this so openly because I have all the answers. I am in the middle of the process. I believe the most meaningful conversations begin with honest questions. And I believe the real connections just flourish through vulnerability. And also because I would have wished for such honest words from someone when I was in a state where I needed it.
