1. Scope
(1) These Terms apply to all contracts between Lena Goller (“Provider”) and customers concluded through the UNPACKED platform.
(2) Deviating terms from customers are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees in writing.
(3) The offer is directed at customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
2. Subject of the Contract
(1) The following services are offered through UNPACKED:
- Digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDFs, workbooks)
- Physical books (via third-party providers, e.g., Etsy)
- Mentoring & coaching (individual or group)
- Events and workshops (e.g., workshops, online seminars)
- Group trips
(2) The specific description of services can be found on the respective offer pages.
3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products and services does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order.
(2) By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email or upon provision of the digital product.
4. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices include statutory VAT (where applicable).
(2) Payments are made via Stripe or the payment methods indicated on the website.
(3) Digital products are provided only after successful payment.
5. Delivery
(1) Physical products (e.g., books) are delivered by third-party providers; delivery times and shipping costs are subject to their terms.
(2) Digital products are provided via email or download link.
(3) Services (mentoring, events, group trips) take place on the agreed date.
6. Right of Withdrawal
(1) No right of withdrawal applies to digital products once delivered, provided the customer has previously agreed that the service is provided immediately (Art. 356(5) BGB).
(2) For services (mentoring, events, trips), the right of withdrawal may be excluded if fixed dates have been agreed upon.
7. Participation in Mentoring, Events & Group Trips
(1) Participation requires binding registration.
(2) In the event of insufficient participant numbers, force majeure, or illness, the Provider may postpone or cancel dates; amounts already paid will be refunded.
(3) Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The Provider is not liable for accidents, damages, or losses, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
(1) The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence.
(2) For simple negligence, liability applies only in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(3) In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
(4) Any further liability is excluded.
9. Copyright and Usage Rights
(1) All content (digital products, texts, PDFs) is protected by copyright.
(2) Customers receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes.
(3) Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use without consent is prohibited.
10. Data Protection
The separate Privacy Policy on the website applies.
11. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies.
(2) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
